Membership: What do I do if I forgot my password?
NOTE: Your GoMotion website and GoMotion Mobile app logins are the same.
- Go to your GoMotion website and click Sign In, or launch the GoMotion Mobile app.
- Click the Forgot password? link below the Email and Password fields.
- Enter your login email address and click Submit, then click Done.
- If there is account with your login email as the primary login address, a Password Assistance email will be sent.
- Check your email inbox, open the Password Assistance email, and click the link within.
- Type your desired password in the two fields and click Change Password.
- Sign in to GoMotion or GoMotion Mobile with your new password.
