Only a Financial Admin can do this.

  1. In the side menu click Business Tools > Invoices & Payments.
  2. Search for the desired account.
  3. Under Account Balance column click View.
  4. From here you can view recurring charges, current invoices & payments, and click the following buttons.
    1. Printer Friendly View — Gives a clean view so you can then click Print.
    2. New Refund Credit BalanceRecord a refund by check.
    3. New Comp Payment, New Class Payment — Record a payment by check or charge a credit card on file.
    4. New Invoice Item — Add a competitive or class invoice line item.
    5. New Credit — Add a credit against a previous competitive or class invoice line item.
