When adding SMS numbers to an account/member, you might encounter a carrier that isn't listed. To find the carrier's parent company, you can check the following lists:

If the carrier doesn't appear on one of these lists, they will need to be contacted to see if they have an email-to-SMS gateway that converts emails to texts and, if so, what the address is.

Once this is obtained, contact Support, and we'll add the carrier to the list.
