NOTE: You will only be able to use the mobile app if you have an active user account and login/password with an organization that uses our services.

  1. Launch the app.

  2. If you are in a region other than North America, tap the link next to Team Region, select your region and tap Done.

  3. Enter the same username and password you use to log in to the website, then tap LOG IN.

  4. If you don't remember your password, tap Forgot Password? and follow the prompts.

  5. If you belong to multiple organizations, next tap your desired org.
