Create:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
On the upper, right-hand side, tap the "+" icon.
Fill out the form as required/desired. You can:
Show the news on the home page.
Enter a title, news date, and news expiration.
Upload a maximum of 5 photos.
Enter News Content.
Add a Voice Note.
When satisfied, tap Save.
Archive:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
Use the check-box to select the news you wish to archive.
Tap Archive.
Remove:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
Use the check-box to select the news you wish to remove.
Tap Remove.
Tap OK to confirm.
Share:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
Tap the Share button under the latest news, or to the right of the new's date, tap the Share icon.
Choose whether you'd like to share by mail or Facebook.
Tap OK.
If sharing by mail, choose your recipients, and send. If sharing via Facebook, choose who you wish to share the news to and tap Post.
Edit:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
Tap the news you wish to edit.
From the News Detail screen, tap Edit.
Make the desired edits.
When satisfied, tap Save.
View Archived News:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
Tap Archived.
From here, you can view the news by:
All Archived.
Archived this month.
Archived 3 months ago.
Archived 1 year ago.
Tap Save to view the archived news.
To restore news that was recently archived:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
Tap Archived.
Use the checkbox to select the recently archived news.
Tap Restore.
Edit Archived News:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
Tap Archived.
Tap the news article that you would like to edit.
Tap Edit.
Make changes as desired.
Tap Save.
Remove Archived News:
In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon or slide right to open the navigation menu.
Tap News.
Tap Archived.
Tap the news article that you would like to edit.
Tap Remove.
Tap OK to confirm the deletion.
