Making Payments on Mobile
When making on-demand payments from the app, depending on your organization settings, you will be able to make a partial payment, full balance payment or prepay for a future charge. There are 3 convenient places for you to make a payment.
1. Open the Mobile app and sign-in to your account.
2. By default, you are brought to the My Account page. To navigate to the My Account page, from the top left corner, tap the hamburger icon > My Account.
3. Beneath your balance, tap Make a Payment
4. From the Make Payment Summary, if desired, edit the title and add any notes to the description.
5. Tap Process Payment.
6. Select a saved credit card or add a new one. If there is an ACH account set up, you can also utilize it to make payments.
7. Tap Process Payment again to confirm.
8. Click Done.
