In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon to open the navigation panel.
Tap Membership.
Tap Accounts/Members.
Tap Accounts.
To the right of the Search for Accounts bar, tap the Add Account icon.
Fill out the fields as required/desired.
When finished, tap Save.
