How To Delete a Charge

A charge can only be deleted if no payments or credits have been applied. If the charge has had payments or credits applied or if the charge is a late fee you will be unable to delete the charge.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Billing Tools > Billing Manager.

  2. Search for and click on the account name.

  3. Click on the Title of the charge to delete.

  4. Click Delete.

  5. To confirm, click Delete.
