Chat with Support

  1. In the bottom left corner of the site, click Need Help? Note: You must be signed in as an admin to see this tab.

  2. Click the Contact Us link.

  3. Click Send us a message.

  4. Via the chatbox, enter your question or concern.

Schedule a Call with a Support Rep

  1. Click Need Help? > Contact Us.

  2. Under Schedule a Support Call click Find a Time.

  3. Click the Support Call option you'd like.

  4. Select a day from the calendar.

  5. Select a time.

  6. Click Confirm.


Please contact an org admin with your questions. To do this, in the side menu click Help & Training > Contact My Organization. They can answer most questions, but if they cannot the admin will contact us on your behalf and get back to you.
