To avoid losing your work, use a word processing program, and copy and paste your content into the text editor. This page times out after 10 minutes.
From the left navigation menu, click Org or Team Tools > Email Center.
Click Email Message.
Using Option 1: Email Groups/Billing Groups/Individual Active Accounts, click Select All under the groups you'd like to send the message to.
Enter the fields as required.
If desired, upload attachments.
Click Email NOW to send.
