Admin level: SuperUser

To edit information on a paid donation:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Business Tools > Event Fundraising Admin.

  2. Click the Results tab.

  3. Click the desired donation name.

  4. From this page you will be able to:

    • Assign a donation to a different member

    • Split an existing donation

    • Edit the following information:

      • Donor Email

      • Donor Comment

      • Donation public/private preferences

      • Payment Method

      • Donor Billing information

    • Delete (Refund) a donation

  5. Click Save Changes when finished.
