Admin Level - Webmaster

If you receive an error stating that the EV3 file is missing from the event folder, it's possible that the host is using an old version of MeetManager that didn't have the functionality to create this file. Ask the Meet host if their version of MeetManager is newer than 2.0.

If it is, it's possible that they didn't send the entire Zip Folder. Have them export the events again, and send the entire file without making adjustments.
