Pro Tip: This page times out after 10 minutes. When drafting emails, to avoid losing work, use a word processing program to create the email content. Then, copy and paste it into the text editor.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Org or Team Tools > Email Center.

  2. Click Email Message.

  3. Using Option 2: Member Groups/Locations, select Email to All Member Groups/Locations or Email to ONLY Selected Member Groups/Locations.

    • Use CTRL + Click or drag to select multiple groups.

  4. Enter the fields as required.

  5. If desired, upload attachments.

  6. Click Email NOW to send.
