The Payment Summary Report shows the payments made by accounts and the payment methods offered, and if the charge contained any refunds.

Filter this report further by Account/Member Name, report time range, location, and bank.

To view the Payment Summary Report:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Business Tools > Billing Manager.

  2. Click the Payment Summary tab.

  3. Filter the report as desired.

  4. Click Generate Report to view the results.

  5. If desired, click Export to Excel, and save the file to your computer.
