NOTE: Parents are required to pay outstanding balances by default.

To change how outstanding balances are handled during class registration:

  1. Navigate to Classes > Class Admin.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Scroll to Accepted Payment Methods.

  4. To the right of the Require paying Outstanding Balance to Register option, slide to either NO or YES.

    • If NO is selected, the option to pay an outstanding balance appears at checkout.

    • If YES is selected, the outstanding balance must be paid in order to proceed with payment.

  5. When finished, click Save.
