If your website is still in sandbox mode, follow these steps to publish it to the public.
From the left navigation menu, click Website Design.
At the top of the page, click Sandbox Mode.
Click Publish Site and confirm.
Once this is done, a series of "301 redirects" are created so that your old site URLs are automatically redirected to the equivalent pages.
