This allows you to have multiple registrations enabled at the same time.

A. Create the Event

  1. In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.

  2. Click + New Calendar Item > Team Events.

  3. Fill in the details of the actual event from top to bottom. If this is for a team registration, the dates will typically be the same as when the registration is open.

  4. Under TEAM EVENT SIGNUP / REGISTER select Allow On-Line Reg; Connect to eReg System.

  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Create.

  6. Click Yes to proceed to set up the registration.

B. Set up registration

  1. The Event Registration Setup will open in a new window. Note at the top how the Event Association is hard-wired from your Event Title.

  2. Make sure to set Turn on for Registration to YES, or if you are not ready to activate it, return here later and set it to YES when ready.

  3. Fill in the rest of your registration. Read our TU University Online Registration training guide if you need help with this.

  4. People will click the Register Online button below the event to register for it.

C. Manage the registration

Manage Using Team Events

  1. In the side menu click Events & Competition > Team Events.

  2. Click the desired event name.

  3. At the top of the window that opens, click the Edit button.

  4. Click eReg Manage under TEAM EVENT SIGNUP / REGISTER.

Manage Using Registration Admin

  1. In the side menu click Org / Team Tools > Registration Admin.

  2. Click Manage next to your event. Important: make sure it's ON. You can click its title to edit if needed.
