When messaging your team, OnDeck has several canned messages to choose from to speed up the process. You can even add your own.
When composing the message, tap Use Canned Message.
Tap a message to use it.
Swipe a message left to EDIT or DELETE it.
Tap + in the upper right to add your own.
Tap Save.
