In Quickbooks go to the CoA and ensure the CoA that dropped into your QuickBooks is set as income and not bank. To update these right click on the CoA and select edit to update.

This can happen if:

  • You have not matched up your CoA from QB exactly.

  • You did not have any CoA setup on your QB side.

  • This will only happen on the first upload. The IFF will import correctly upon updating QB to the Income account.
