Additional verification/approval from a user may be needed when:
A payment method is added.
Payment is being processed.
An admin is trying to process an on-demand payment.
Prior to a system-initiated payment such as monthly billing.
If additional authentication/approval is required, the user must sign in to approve the payment using the Payment Verification Module.
