The Swim England Registration module is a tool used by organisations to track registrations, look at member information, set categories for members, raise invoices and copy information to the Swim England OMS.

Setting Categories

Members can be added to categories in bulk. This information displays in the Swim England Category column.

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Org Tools > Swim England Registration.

  2. Use the checkboxes next to each name to select the members to add to a category.

    • Use the search function to narrow down your search if desired.

  3. Click Edit > Multi-Edit.

  4. Select Set Swim England Category.

  5. Choose the category from the drop-down menu. The choices are Club Train, Club Compete, and Club Support.

    • If any other items apply to this group of members, they can also be selected.

  6. Click Save.

Raising Invoices

By setting Swim England Categories, raising invoices is much easier.

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Org Tools > Swim England Registration.

  2. Use the checkboxes next to each name to select the members to add to a category.

    • Use the search function to narrow down your search if desired.

  3. Click Edit > Multi-Edit.

  4. Select Set Swim England Fee.

  5. The fees automatically populate according to the fees set in the "Swim England Fee Setup."

  6. If the fees are correct, click Save.

Setting/Updating the Swim England Fee Amount

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Business Tools > Swim England Fee Setup.

  2. Adjust the fee amount for each category as required.

  3. Click Save Changes.
