If Meet Manager™ doesn't accept a file due to an SDIF integrity check resulting in an exception report or just an exception report, do the following:

  1. In the side menu, click Events & Competition > Team Events.

  2. Locate the desired event and click Edit Commitment.

  3. Click the Committed Athletes tab.

  4. Double-check individual entries and relays and look for the following:

    • Incorrect IE entry times, e.g., 23:20.15 for a 50 free.

    • Incorrect Relay times, most notably a 0.00 time instead of NT.

  5. If you find the problem, fix and re-export the event file and send it to the hosting team.

  6. If these appear correct, in the upper left corner, click on the Meet Name.

  7. Confirm the course type (SCY, LCM, etc.) displayed in the event file is identical to the meet info.

  8. Click Generate Entry Files.

  9. Click OK to confirm.

  10. Select the desired file options and click Generate Entry Fees Batch Now.

  11. Click OK to confirm.

  12. Click Export > Custom Excel Report.

  13. Share the new file with the hosting team.

If the steps above do not work, please contact support for further assistance.
